WOW, the amount of machines and man power Josh showed up with. I don't think there's a job too big for this man. I guess that's what happens when you re-invest fifteen years of work back into your business. CANNOT recommend this guy enough.

I could not have been happier with Josh and his team at Fawcett Excavating. Their attention to detail really makes a difference. We had a new property that needed all aspects landscaped. Everything from the front entrance to the firepit and walkway to the water was done meticulously. Josh helped to provide great ideas how to make the place look great in cost effective ways without compromising on quality. He made the process seamless by providing regular updates, and open to changes if needed. Thanks for all of the efforts on my place, and making a major project go smoothly! I would not hesitate to recommend or use Josh and his team again.
Josh and his crew recently completed a fairly large excavation project for us, including a retaining wall, stepped gardens, stairs, and landscaping. We were very pleased with the overall results and found Josh to be extremely skilled and talented. Both Josh and his crew took great pride in their work and were genuinely concerned with the quality of the final product. Josh showed great vision and used his considerable experience to make suggestions of how to maximize the space or improve the look. Josh’s final bill was true to his estimate and if anything, he did more work than promised for the same price. We would not hesitate to engage Josh for future projects.
This past week we had Josh and his team from Fawcett Excavating come in to complete work around our home. I cannot say enough about them! We hadn’t planned early enough to be placed into Josh’s busy schedule; however, he found the time to squeeze us in, even if it meant working a little later in the day to complete the job. Josh and his team were extremely professional, organized and they were quick to get the job done! I have to say that I wasn’t exactly sure of what I wanted; however, Josh was able to come up with the solutions that I needed regarding landscaping, pathways etc. due to his vast experience. Josh even moved trees on our property that are now located in ideal positions to maximize the appeal of our home. These gentlemen worked hard – and, even when there was a moment or two as they waited for dump trucks to dump their load, Josh’s team could be seen pulling weeds from my garden bed and walkway! Amazing – thanks Josh and team!
I usually don’t write reviews but I feel compelled to write something about the service I just received from Fawcett Excavating. After two years of my husband and my wedding being cancelled down south, we had planned to have a small wedding at our cottage. Although this was an exciting thing to plan, we had a lot of landscaping and other work to do around the cottage to make it look wedding ready. If it wasn’t for Josh and his crew getting their job done so incredibly fast, we would have not had grass for our wedding. They jumped to get the job done, not only quickly but also perfectly. We did not have to sacrifice quality for time efficiency at all. I cannot say enough good things about this team. They not only played a huge part in making our cottage look amazing, but they saved our pictures, videos, and memories of our wedding. I would recommend going to Fawcett Excavating to anyone. The crew of guys are so nice, great at what they do and so easy to deal with. Cannot thank them enough!!
Josh and his team are real professionals. The work they did on our shoreline was excellent. Josh is a perfectionist and really listens to the customer. I look forward to doing another project with Josh in the spring. I have already highly recommended Josh and his team. You definitely get what you pay for.

Excellent work and worker(s). Josh is on site over seeing all work and is great to deal with. Josh Fawcett came to install our new septic system. He and his team did an amazing job. They made sure to always keep the worksite cleaned up and we are very pleased with the work that was done. He was very easy to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
My father and I have both had work done by Josh and team and we have both been very happy. Most recently they did a 1000ft driveway for us and did a great job for less than expected. We will continue to use them for anything we need.
I wish it would let me post pictures! The before and after are stunning. Star rating is 7+ but they only give 5... Our driveway project was not huge by any means but Josh and his crew handled it with complete professionalism, dedication & commitment! They were truly amazing and created our beautiful driveway in one day! We are so grateful and thankful they took on this project, it means we can safely access our home and avoid more costly vehicle repairs. Thank you again for doing such an amazing job!!!
We had Fawcett Excavating do some rock work and excavating around our outside deck and pool. They not only did it in a timely manner, they also were extremely professional, friendly and did an amazing job at the rock placement. Truly a great company to work with!
